Robert helped craft a product for a student gift because we were unable to obtain them from the vendor we have used for many years. We needed miniature rocking chairs. He was very responsive and willing to help make sure that we were able to get this gift as close as possible to the color and size we normally do, including customizing each one with engraved text. Robert was able to help with a bulk order, delivered them before the needed date, and is also helping other colleagues with their order. I plan to use his shop again in the future!
