Shipping & Delivery
All models are handcrafted in the USA at our Cincinnati, Ohio workshop and shipped from this location.
We take care to package your models securely, but please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
Free shipping is available
When a US shopper spends $35 and up in our shop, their order ships free.
Domestic Shipping (USA):
- Standard processing time: 1–8 business days for ready-to-ship items; custom orders may need ship in 1-14 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are visible before you finish your transaction.
International Shipping:
- Shipping times vary by destination and customs processing
- International customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Canada: 7–14 business days after shipment
- International: 10–21 business days after shipment
Shipping carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size.
