I can't say enough good things about BobsCustomModels! The original bench and table I ordered was a shade of blue different than I had expected. I reached out to Bob, who immediately offered to purchase the raw materials to make another set in a shade of blue more to my liking, and sent me pictures of the "new blue." I ordered another set in the lighter shade; it arrived quickly and was just what I wanted. Beautifully crafted and thoughtfully packaged. Throughout this whole process, Bob communicated pleasantly, clearly and quickly, and it is obvious that making sure his customer is happy is a priority. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.
